No. You will have 30 days to try out Market Data and see if our data is a good fit for you. At the end of the free trial, you'll be automatically switched to the Free Forever plan. No credit card is needed to start your trial, so you will never be billed unless you decide to upgrade to a paid plan during your trial.

Absolutely. If you're not ready to commit to an annual plan, we recommend starting with a monthly subscription. This lets you test our real-time data and other premium features with minimal upfront commitment. Once you're confident the service meets your needs, you can upgrade to an annual plan at any time and receive the full discount. It's a great way to minimize risk while still taking advantage of our discounted long-term pricing. Many of our users follow this approach—try it monthly, then switch to annual once they're sure—and we make the upgrade process quick and easy.
Real-time data is the only feature not included in our free trial, due to exchange regulations that prevent free trial access for individual (non-professional) users. The best way to evaluate real-time data is by starting with a monthly subscription. If it doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, just let us know within 2 weeks—we'll issue a full refund. We stand behind the quality of our real-time data and are confident you'll be satisfied. Once you're happy with the service, you can upgrade to a yearly plan at any time.
Yes, and we apply any unused time towards the cost of the upgrade. So there is no risk whatsoever in starting with a Starter plan and then moving to a Trader plan later on. You can upgrade at any time and get a full credit for all the unused time on your Starter plan.
As a rule, we do not offer plans with "unlimited" requests, since we need to provision servers that are capable of responding to our customers' requests. Offering plans with no limit introduces an element of uncertainty since we never know how many requests our customers could make. We can accommodate any rate limit, however. If you need more than 100,000 requests per minute, please let us know your use-case and we'll design a plan that will fit your needs.
We offer a complete satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, just let us know within 2 weeks and we'll make it right. Our 30-day free trial gives you full access to nearly all features—including historical data and full support—so you can evaluate everything before committing. The only exception is real-time and current-day market data, which is only available on paid plans. Because the trial provides full access to most features and support, refunds are generally limited to cases where you're unsatisfied with our real-time or current-day data. If you do choose to subscribe and run into any issues, our support team is here to help—most problems are resolved quickly over email. If we're unable to solve your issue, we'll issue a full refund.
